Printology
A survey of street and urban art editions
Street and urban art history, explored through the printed image.
The project.
Presented at the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith’s Windgate Art & Design building in September 2015, Printology brought together more than fifty prints from across street and urban art.
Curated by Rom, the exhibition examined how editions carried artists’ visual languages from public space into new contexts. The selection included work by Banksy, Invader, Shepard Fairey, D*Face, JR, Blek le Rat and Swoon.
