A city-wide public art initiative connecting artists, neighbourhoods and audiences.
The project.
Initiated in 2016, Dubai Street Museum brought public art into everyday city spaces. Rom’s work on the programme connected international and local artists with sites across Dubai.
The projects respond to their surroundings, creating encounters with art beyond gallery walls. The programme connects locations including Satwa, Jumeirah, Hatta and the Dubai Metro.
